mIRC is a Windows Client for communicating on the Internet via IRC (Internet Relay Chat)
It comes in both 16-bit and 32-bit flavors for use with Windows 3.x or Windows 95 respectively.
We recommend the latest version (v5.4), available from the site below, along with the new "server.ini" file,
the "mIRC FAQ" (in either MS Help or MS Word formats) and snoop at the other cool stuff that's there.
Version 5.4 (32-bit) is about 920Kb, the mIRCFAQ is 86Kb and the new server.ini is about 28Kb
